Exciting news! We are thrilled to announce that Hull Women’s Aid has welcomed a new patron: Lucy Beaumont! With Lucy's support, we are looking forward to continuing our mission of helping survivors of domestic abuse and raising awareness of this important issue. Thank you Lucy for standing with us in the fight against domestic abuse.

“It's a real honour to be a patron of such an important life line to women and children. Victims and survivors are most at risk when leaving or having just left an abusive partner and without the incredible first response and lasting care that women's aid provide, the most vulnerable families in our society would not be safe. ” – Lucy Beaumont

"We are beyond thrilled to welcome Lucy to Hull Women's Aid as our first patron. We are privileged to be able to work with her to support our mission and for her help to develop broader links in raising awareness of domestic abuse. Living with domestic abuse has wide ranging consequences for women, children and young people and our work ensures those with lived experience receive the specialist support they need to help them to overcome their situation . With Lucy’s support we want to continue to provide our vital services." - Michelle Donnelly, Chief Executive of Hull Women's Aid
